Eligibility Criteria for Council of Scientific and Industrial Research:
Essential Qualifications:
1. Project Assistant-II
Education Qualification: Candidates must have M.Sc. Physics with minimum 55% marks.
Age Requirement: Candidates should be maximum 30 years
Scale of Pay: Rs.25,000/- + 16% HRA.
2. Project Assistant-I
Education Qualification: Candidates must have B.Sc. Physics with minimum 55% marks.
Age Requirement: Candidates should be maximum 28 years
Scale of Pay: Rs.15,000/- + 16% HRA.
Selection Method: Procedure of selecting is based on performance during Interview

The format proforma can be downloaded from the official website www.niist.res.in. Fill in the required field given in the application format with appropriate details of qualifying degree. The duly filled form with all required certificates kept in an envelop.
