Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: The essential qualification required is Graduate in 10+2+3 pattern. Preference will be given to science graduates.
Required Experience: One year in a scheduled airline in the functions of operations department, In flight Services Dept, Commercial Airport Handling, Crew movement control, rostering and scheduling.
Pay Scale and Remuneration: During the period of FTC, candidates will be eligible for remuneration of approx. Rs. 25,200/- p.m and also eligible for annual increments, leave, PF, Gratuity and medical benefits as per the rules of the company.
Location for Posting: On appointment, candidates will be positioned at Mumbai. They may however, be transferred at any station/ base on Network based on operational requirements at the sole discretion of the management.
Duration of FTC: Selected Candidate will be engaged on Fixed Term Contract for 5 years. However FTC will be extended dependable on the performance.
Walk in Selection Process: Interested Candidates who fulfill the criteria, would be required to report for Registration followed by Personal Interview on the same date at the venue.
